CHARGE: OUI liquor; Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle
Result: Not guilty; Jury Trial. Licensed restored immediately.

The Commonwealth alleged that my client committed some traffic violations due to the consumption of alcohol. They claimed she had a strong odor of alcohol, failed Field Sobriety Testing and was unsteady on her feet. After attacking the investigation at trial, the jury found my client not guilty of all charges! The judge restored her license to operate a motor vehicle after trial.
