Result: Not guilty; bench trial.

My client was charged with OUI after the police observed him speeding and driving erratically. He failed so-called field sobriety tests, exhibited a strong odor of alcohol, and admitted to having a few drinks. At trial, I was able to effectively challenge the validity of the so-called field sobriety tests and other evidence and secure a not guilty for my client!
